Meet The Staff

Rosemary
Practice Manager
Mrs. Rosemary Hyde has been with the practice since 1993. She takes responsibility for the organisation of the practice, and training and developing staff. She can be contacted via the practice number [ Tel: 0161 426 9050 ], and is available to deal with any comments or complaints about the practice.
Our reception team is co-ordinated by Margaret. Our receptionists work very hard, especially during surgery times. Please be patient when trying to contact the practice by telephone and offer as much information as possible to ensure that you are offered the most appropriate appointment to suit your needs.
We have 10 telephone lines coming in to the practice so we are not able to answer them all at once. This means that at busy times your call will be held in a queue and you may need to wait a few minutes before the phone is answered - we appreciate your patience with this, and can assure you that we will always answer each call as soon as we possibly can.
